Ceiling Repaired

Ceiling has been repaired & re-painted in record time and we are happy to report that there does not appear to be a noticeable difference to the rest of the ceiling.

Portico Rendered!

The portico has now been rendered and exterior lights installed.
We made the bold last minute move to change the portico colour from 'paperbark' and make it a contrasting feature. We are happy with the result and think that the overall effect will be more balanced, once the paperbark garage door is installed.

OOPS!!!

Arrived at the house last night to find that some genius has fallen through our newly painted ceiling! We were most un-impressed and upon inspection tonight, it has been re-plastered but will have to be sanded back again & re-painted.
All we can say is that it had better not be at all apparent once finished and our ceiling had better once again look seamless!

Glass Splashback is in!

The glass splashback was installed this week and although we are really happy with the colour, it is hard to look at the overall effect of our kitchen colour selection because the painters are currently working and the majority of it is covered with plastic and canvas sheeting.

Ok, so it's been awhile since our last post/update!
Good news is, brickies finally appeared just prior to christmas and we are now fully bricked!
Tiler has also been through and we are really happy with the finish. He has done an excellent job in record time (despite the fact that the tile supplier 'lost' our ensuite feature tiles & had to re-order). Most of the internal doors have also been hung including our glass french doors to rumpus, lounge & master BR which we are thrilled with.
